Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:

CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
After clicking the Player Registration: Register Now button to the right, you'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. If you played for NHAYSC in 2017 or a different CYSA club, you should already have an account. Simply enter your email address and click on 'Forgot password?' Otherwise, click the Create a New Bonzi Account tab when asked to log in to the registration system.

Returning Players: Please update your parent information

New Players: After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information.

COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION
Returning Players: Choose the age group for your player, then update the player information. Update your Emergency Contact/Medical Info. Purchase uniform as needed.

New Players: Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information. Fill out the Emergency Contact/Medical Info. You are required to purchase a full uniform from our club, prices and sizes are located within the drop boxes. *U6&U8 do NOT need to purchase a jersey*

Returning/New Players: New this year we are selling soccer balls, it is an optional purchase. Next is our Fundraiser options as well as our Refund Policy. Once you have selected from those categories, click Continue to Documents.

Returning Players: You will only need to upload a current photo of your child. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application, loss of team placement and friend request.

New Players: Please upload a current photo of your child. Please also upload a birth certificate or passport for your child. Make sure it is uploded correctly (not sideways or upside down) clear and easy to read. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete application, loss of team placement and friend request.

*ALL players are required to upload a CURRENT colored photo and NEW players (any player who did not play in 2017) are required to upload a copy of their birth certificate. The photo must be a head shot with the player facing the camera, and not wearing a hat or sunglasses (similar to your driver's license photo) Please make the proper adjustments. The system will not allow you to move forward to finish unless these are completed*

REVIEWReturning/New Players: Continue to Waivers. Please read and understand both waivers before moving forward. You will then be asked if you want to add more players or to continue to registration

Registration Payment Summary: Please review. If need to make changes, click Back to Register Players. If everything looks good, Continue to Payment Method. We accept debit/credit cards and echecks. Please fill out your billing information, click Confirm Registration when finished.
Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.

Note: The Birth Document (birth certificate or passport) must be clearly readable. The photo must be a head shot with the player facing the camera, and not wearing a hat or sunglasses (similar to your driver's license photo) Please make sure neither are sideways or upside down.

We will not honor any team/friend requests after July 1st. Players will be placed on a team with open availability, first come first serve, until teams are full.

IMPORTANT ITEMS NEEDED FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION:
• All players MUST UPLOAD a Current Digital Colored Photo of each child registering (See www.nhaysc.com for details)
• All players MUST UPLOAD a Digital Copy of their county issued birth certificate or passport (See www.nhaysc.com for details) *Returning players please check your profile if you will need to upload one or not*

TRANSFER OF PLAYERS
Teams are established based upon player requests, at the time of registration, or, if none indicated, by the Registrar's final decision. If a Transfer of player is deemed necessary, it is done only with the permission of the Registrar and the Board Members. An additional $30.00 fee will be charged to the parent. Coaches CANNOT trade players. Moving one player requires re-balancing of the teams involved and may disrupt the team's unity if done after practice or the season begins. In general, we cannot move a player to another team "just because". If for whatever reason, your child cannot play and practice with their assigned team, you may request a refund. (see below)


REFUND POLICY
There is a $35 Non-Refundable Processing Fee if the player decides not to play after registering. There will be NO REFUNDS given on any requests made on or after August 1st, 2018. For refunds, please email NHA Registrar: registration@nhaysc.com
